NOTES
* Rate in US dollars, per apartment, with breakfast included. Ask for Spa rates.
* 10% VAT not included, exonerated for foreigners. Uruguayan residents exonerated between first monday after Holy Week and November 15th.
* Mimimum stays: High: 7 nights; Carnival, February and Holy Week: 4 nights; Mid and Low: 2 nights. New Year: only by package from Dec 26th to Jan 2nd.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
New Year, High, February, Carnival and Holy Week Seasons:
If cancelled up to 60 days prior to check-in: 10% of penalty.
If cancelled between 59 and 31 days prior to check-in: 50% of penalty.
If cancelled between 30 and 0 days prior to check-in (including no-show): 100% of penalty.
Mid and Low Seasons:
If cancelled up to 5 days prior to check-in: 50% of penalty (minimum 1 night)
If cancelled between 4 and 0 days prior to check-in (including no-show): 100% of penalty (minimum 2 nights).
In general:
No refund if the client leaves the hotel before the check-out date. The hotel assumes no responsibility regarding cancellations and/or delays produced by weather conditions, means of transport (ship, airplane, car, etc.), route conditions, and any other event not attributable to the hotel´s operation, etc. In case of no-show the hotel can rent the apartment again 24 hs after the check-in date. In every case, the amount in favour of the client will be credited for future stays, for 365 days to be counted from the date of cancellation. No cash refund. |
